We are all guilty of calling them Forklift Trucks but they dont have to have forks. There are a wide range of attachments available some that go on the forks like those pictured below and others that replace the forks altogether like barrel clamps.
There are also hydraulicly operated attachments as well as manually operated ones.
Have your staff been trained in the safe use of attachments?
Do they know how to check and attach them correctly and safely?
